My journey with Habitat for Habitat has been one of the most blessed events of my life. After applying for a home I awaited a phone call from Habitat for Humanity to see if my family qualified for a home. My family had an interview with some of the staff a few weeks later and found out we were one of the families chosen by the board to become a homeowner. I will never forget the day that Paris called and informed me that I would be a home owner. What a blessing Habitat for Humanity has been to my family. I have had the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing people on this journey. Since putting in my sweat equity hours I ma convinced I can be the handy women of the house. The experience of this journey has been unforgettable. I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart for this incredible blessing. Thank you Habitat for humanity for making a dream come true for my family and all the other families around the world.
